Cocoa Power Smoothie

We are big, big fans! Because seniors are especially concerned about getting enough protein, our 94 year old Aunt and her 67 year old son also drink it EVERY morning too!

This is the best at-home smoothie powder I have ever used. It is literally saving me over $10 per gym visit because I no longer have to buy overpriced smoothies after my workouts.

It’s a five star chic in everywhere digest taste wise energy wise that will become a part of my weekly routine as I am getting back into my training being a pro (BODYBUILDER) at 62. It’s one of the best protein powder. I’ve had a long time since one back in the early 90s from Australia, called Masashi.
